BANANA-AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Who says that anything chocolaty is unhealthy?
This super easy and delicious chocolate mousse is sugar free (yet sweet!) and packed with nutrients like fibre, iron, zinc, potassium and healthy fats.
It is great when combined with some fruit as a dip, or it can even be frozen and served as a fabulous chocolate ice cream!
Preparation time: 5-10 min
Ingredients (4 portions):
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup of raw, 100% cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
How to make it:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. If you prefer a darker mousse you can add in extra cocoa, or for greater creaminess add 1/3 of a can of coconut milk.
Serve together with fruit or just as is!
