HEALTHY FRUIT AND YOGURT POPSICLES
Preparation time: 10 min to prepare
Ingredients (8 popsicles):
- 3 bananas
- 450g sheep's yogurt (you can also use goat's yogurt or plain Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 200g of melon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
You can also replace blueberries and melon with any other fruit or add vanilla for a different flavour.
How to make it:
Use a stick mixer to blend yogurt and bananas until you get a smooth texture.
In a separate bowl mash together melon, honey and blueberries and puree to a smooth consistency.
Wash the ice cream popsicle moulds and fill 2/3 of each mould with the yogurt-banana mix. Add in the blueberry-melon-honey mix, close the mould, and put in the freezer for at least a few hours until the popsicles are fully frozen.
